Clean the chicken and leave it to the side.

To make the filling, in a pan heat some oil, add the rice and fry it until it clicked. Add the peas, corn, carrots, salami, bacon and fry. When the rice is semi – ready, add the remaining spices without paprika. Stuff the chicken with stuffing.

Put it in a pan and spread it with butter and paprika. Bake in preheated oven and in a tray, pour beer. Soak the chicken with the sauce while baking, when the sliced potatoes are almost ready in the pan and add a little water until the potatoes are soft.
