Ingredients

  • chicken - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), meat from the legs
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • black pepper - 1 tsp or to taste
  • garlic - 3 - 4 cloves, crushed
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • marjoram - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 3 tablespoons
  • olive oil - 1 - 2 tbsp or oil
  • apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Remove some of the skin from the chicken leg steaks, place them in a plastic bag and gently tenderize.

Then mix all the spices in a large roasting bag, add the vinegar, soya sauce and olive oil to the chicken and give the steaks a good jolt or mix with your hands, to evenly season.

Expel all air from the bag, close it and leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours. Then remove the chicken steaks, drain them well and bake them in a tray in the oven, on a grill, or barbecue.
