Ingredients

  • shrimps - 14 oz (400 g)
  • garlic - 4 cloves, chopped
  • butter - 2 tbsp
  • oil - 2 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • lemons - 2, freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation

Clean the shrimp, add salt and black pepper and half of the squeezed out lemon juice.

After 20 minutes of marinating, heat the butter and oil and put the shrimp in them to fry until crispy. Towards the end of frying, add the crushed garlic, stir and remove from the heat.

Serve the shrimp with freshly squeezed lemon juice.
