Potatoes with Cheese and Ham

  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg)
  • cheese - 12.5 oz (350 g)
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt
  • spice mix
  • black pepper
  • margarine


Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Add the ham, also cut finely. Add the salt, margarine and the spice mix.

Mix everything in the oven dish in which you intend to bake. Pour in enough water to cover 1/3 of the oven dish. Cover with foil and put it in a preheated oven.

Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Once the potatoes are done, sprinkle the top with grated cheese and put the dish back in to crisp, but this time without the foil.find similar recipes here
