Ingredients

  • peppers - 2 red, roasted and peeled
  • cucumbers - 1 large fresh or several gherkins
  • corn - 1 1/5 cups (300 g), 1 can sweet
  • processed cheese - 7 oz (200 g), Philadelphia
  • feta cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • yoghurt - 2 tbsp
  • olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt - to taste
  • garlic - 2 cloves, optional

How to cook

Chop the peppers and cucumbers into small pieces. Drain the corn and mix it with the cucumber and peppers in a large bowl.

Chop the garlic and add it as well. In a separate container, mix the yoghurt, processed cheese, crumbled feta cheese until homogeneous. Season with a little olive oil and salt and pour it over the vegetables.

Mix well, serve with dill.
