How to cook
Drain the cooked pasta and transfer it into a dish that you've buttered and sprinkled with 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs. Sprinkle the macaroni with the remaining sugar, cinnamon and breadcrumbs and 1 tablespoon of butter.
Pour on the eggs and milk and put them to bake in a moderate oven until lightly tanned and tightened. Serve this pasta sprinkled with powdered sugar.
