Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Add the salt, sugar, mix in the flour gradually and then break the eggs. You should get a thick cake batter, and if necessary, add a little more flour. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Heat a clay plate or Teflon pan, put a few drops of oil and pour in a ladle of the mixture. Do not spread it out like a pancake, just flatten it lightly on top.
