  • eggs - 2
  • yoghurt - 1 cup, full cream
  • flour - 2 cups (500 g)
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp


Dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Add the salt, sugar, mix in the flour gradually and then break the eggs. You should get a thick cake batter, and if necessary, add a little more flour. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.

Heat a clay plate or Teflon pan, put a few drops of oil and pour in a ladle of the mixture. Do not spread it out like a pancake, just flatten it lightly on top.

Flip the finished cakes to toast on the other side. While still warm, brush them with butter and serve with honey, jam or garnish as desired.find similar recipes here
