Knead well the minced meat with all the spices, milk and grated onion. Divide it into 4 greased saches, optionally between mince in every pot, you can put thinly sliced pickles or other pickled or fresh vegetables.
Pinch the mince in the pots with fingers, cover and place in a preheated moderate oven for 30 minutes. Remove lids and cook to full readiness, then tap 1 egg per pot and return to the oven until it all tightens.
Serve minced meat in a pot with chopped fresh parsley.
