How to cook
Heat 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) oil in a pan and saute the sliced pork, pre-soaked with salt, pepper and wine for 30 minutes. Peel and cut the potatoes in a pan.
Add chopped carrots, fried pork and mix with spices - salt, pepper, paprika, oregano and a little savory. Top with soya sauce, 2/5 cup (100 ml) of warm water and put them to bake until tender in a preheated moderate oven.
