The oil, soya sauce, honey, all purpose sauce, mustard and black pepper are mixed until you get a uniform mixture. To this, add the roundly sliced pepper, powdered garlic and coarsely chopped parsley.
Cut the meat into steaks (personally I don't tenderize them), and add them to the finished sauce one by one. Once they all are immersed in the sauce, stir well so that they are completely covered. Leave them to stand in a refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Bake on a grill (or non-stick frying pan) for 5-8 minutes on each side, but it does still depend on everyone's taste.
Serve them with your favorite side, sprinkled with parsley.
