Boil the potatoes, mash them while they are still hot, and mix them with a little salt, black pepper, butter and a few tablespoons of milk.
Chop the onion and knead it with the mince, while also adding all the spices and eggs. Spread out the minced meat on a greased tray.
Put it to bake in moderately hot oven for about 30 minutes. Then spread the mashed potatoes on top, sprinkle with the cheese and return to the oven for it to get an appetizing tan.
