Pancakes with Chocolate and Bananas

  • eggs - 3
  • milk - 1 cup
  • flour - as necessary for a thick density
  • salt - 1/3 tsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • baking soda - 1 pinch
  • bananas - 2
  • liquid chocolate
  • oil - for frying


Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt and baking soda. Mix in the milk and gradually add the flour. You need to get a pancake batter with a rather thick density.

Optionally, add a few drops of oil to the dough. Preheat a Teflon pan with oil droplets, pour a ladle of the mixture and bake pancakes.

Once you have finished frying them, fold the pancakes into pockets. Coat the resulting 2 pockets with plenty of chocolate and arrange banana slices in them. Serve immediately with ice cream if desired.
