How to cook
Rub the steaks with salt and pepper and arrange them in a greased oven dish. Clean and slice the mushrooms and braise them lightly in heated butter.
Pour in the wine, spices to taste and top up with 1 cup of hot water or mushroom broth. Finally, add the flour diluted in a little water. Once slightly thickened, pour everything over the steaks.
Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and put it to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
