Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, yoghurt and powdered cream. Beat these products with a mixer for 5 minutes to thicken the resulting cream.
Separately, dip the biscotti in the cooled coffee, brewed on the stove with the water and sugar. Arrange the biscotti in a deep container, smearing them with cream after each layer. Make a beautiful arrangement of well washed and dried flower petals or grass atop the final layer.
Then, generously sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa through a strainer. Remove the petals and you'll see the amazing decoration you've made.
Leave in the refrigerator for several hours before serving.
