Sift the flour and dissolve the baking soda in the yoghurt. Add the yoghurt to the flour, break the egg.
Gradually add all other products and knead a soft dough. Allow it to rise for 30 minutes covered. Tear the dough into balls and form them into thin pitas by hand.
Brush the pitas with aromatic butter, which is prepared by melting the butter slightly and mixing it with garlic and parsley. They bake quickly – on the grill or in the oven.
