How to cook
From the listed products make a medium soft, elastic dough. Allow to rise for about half an hour.
Make dough balls then with oiled hands stretch them into thin pitas. Cook on the grill. Having baked, spread them with butter and sprinkle them with mixed spices. They can also be smeared with garlic butter or some other fragrant butter.
Note: You can substitute half the yoghurt with water. Baking takes about 3-4 minutes. They are quick and easy to prepare and very, very tasty.
