Pork Shanks in the Oven
- pork shanks - 2 lb (1 kg)
- garlic - 1 head, ground or crushed
- black pepper
- vinegar - 2 tablespoons, or lemon juice
- oil - ½ cup
Take the pork shank, cut it into 3-4 servings and add salt, sprinkle it with ground black pepper and rub it with pressed garlic, diluted with a little vinegar or lemon juice.
Place the meat in an oven dish and pour in the oil and a little water. Put it to bake in a moderately heated oven, initially covered with aluminum foil.
