How to cook
Put the gelatin to swell in a cup of cold water, then melt it without boiling. Prepare the ice cream powder according to package directions. Whip the cream and sugar nicely and mix them with the whipped ice cream.
Add the cooled gelatin and stir gently. Put 1 layer in a cake form, moisten it with a little milk and pour in all of the sour cream. Optionally, you can mix the sour cream with crushed chocolate. Divide the second layer in half using thread or a sharp knife, so as to get a thin layer. Place one half carefully on top of the 1st layer.
Melt the cocoa with the butter and water in a container on the stove until you get a chocolate glaze. Pour it over the cake. Decorate on top with the crumbled layer from the splitting of the second layer.
Put the cake in the refrigerator to set for a few hours.
