How to make
Chop the cabbage and the other vegetables into pieces. Arrange tightly in a jar, alternating between them and pour in 3 tablespoons sugar and salt, 2/3 cup (150 ml) vinegar and 3 aspirins in every jar.
Top up the jars with boiling water, immediately close them and turn them with the caps down. You can cover them with a blanket to cool more slowly.
