How to cook
Peel the potatoes, each potato, while whole, is salted, coated with oil and wrapped in foil. Arrange the wrapped individually potatoes in a baking dish with water on the bottom, as you do not bake a dry pan. When the water dries a bit, add some more and bake finished.
Separately prepare the sauce for topping: mix the cream with two tablespoons of yogurt, finely chopped dill and some chopped garlic cloves.
Pull the finished potatoes from the oven, carefully take them out of the film. In individual bowls, put a few potatoes pour the sauce lightly over and add shredded cheese or feta cheese.
Sprinkle with chopped dill.
