Ingredients

  • potatoes - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg), fresh, small
  • beer - 1 cup
  • wine - 1 cup
  • water - 1 cup
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • oil - 1/2 cup
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • soya sauce - 3 tbsp
  • garlic - 4 cloves
  • rosemary - fresh, chopped
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • dill

How to cook

Wash the potatoes and mix all the other ingredients, place them in a tray, cover the top with a larger tray, and bake for about an hour in the oven.

If using old potatoes, peel them and cut them into large cubes. When serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.
