How to cook
Put water to boil and add the vinegar. Once it boils, reduce the heat and crack the eggs in one by one. You can crack them into a ladle and then dip them into the boiling water gently. Be careful not to allow the eggs to stick to the bottom or to each other.
Cook them to the desired firmness of the yolk. Heat the oil on the stove, add the paprika and stir briefly to prevent burning. The garlic is pressed or finely chopped.
In two plates, crush some feta cheese, put 3 eggs in each, 2-3 tablespoons of yoghurt and crumbled feta cheese on top. Top the 2 servings with the fried oil.
