Pizza Dough with Milk

Mix the flour, yeast, a little salt, a pinch of sugar and spices of your choice if desired. Then add the egg, a little olive oil and warm milk until you get a non-sticky dough.

Sprinkle the dough with flour and leave it in a warm place to rise for about 30 minutes, after which, knead it again.

Grease a tray with olive oil and sprinkle with flour. Spread out the dough in it, make numerous holes with a fork in the dough.

This dough can be used for pizza, garlic bread, or pitas.
