How to cook
Dilute the yeast with cool water, but do not let it rise. Sift the flour and in the middle of it - make a well, put everything listed in the recipe in it.
Mix a medium hard dough. Knead it well (when pressed with your finger, it must form a dimple, which quickly pops back up). The ready dough is divided into 2.
Each piece is shaped into a ball and rolled out into a thickness of 3/4″ (2 cm). Both are placed in paper, greased and sprinkled with flour, directly on the oven bottom.
Prick with a fork and smooth with a wet hand. Bake in an oven preheated to 392°F (200 °C).
