"Everyone loves a good meatloaf but this sauce will make it even tastier"

Ingredients

  • white wine - 1/2 cup
  • water - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • flour - about 2 tablespoons
  • liquid cream - 2 tablespoons
  • fat - left over from the baking of the meatloaf
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to cook

Combine the liquid cream with the fat that's left over from the baking of the meatloaf. Put it in a pan on the stove, heat it and fry 2 tablespoons of flour in it. Stir vigorously and top up with the wine, then dilute with a little water.

Season with salt and black pepper and finally, after removing the thickened sauce from the heat, mix the cream in (you can make it without it).
