  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • leeks - 3 bunches
  • mushrooms - 10.5 oz (300 g) fresh
  • sour cream - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • oil - 4 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper


Cut the leeks into rings, the mushrooms finely and put them to soften in a pot with oil.

Add the pork, cut into bites, to them. After the meat blanches, pour everything into a glass cook pot and bake it in the oven.

Finally, put in the cream and cook for about 5 minutes with the lid open.
