How to cook
Chop the onions finely and put them to stew in a little olive oil for cooking. In a large greased oven dish, place the cleaned and separated broccoli florets, add the fried onions and mix, while adding the spices as well.
Beat the eggs with the milk, add 2 tablespoons of flour that you've diluted in a little water and pour it over the broccoli. Put the moussaka to bake until it catches a tasty golden crust.
