How to cook
Wash the whole potatoes well and dry them. Every potato should be cut and carved out a little bit. Salt the inside of the potatoes, sprinkle them with black pepper and fill it with grated Emmental.
Wrap the potatoes in foil individually and bake them on the grill or in a preheated oven. Bake for about 40-50 minutes. The still hot potatoes are taken out of the foil, placed on a plate and sprinkled lightly with grated cheese and chopped onions.
