Ingredients

  • fish - 3 pcs of cleaned mackerel without the heads
  • vinegar - 4 tbsp
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • oil
  • lemon juice

How to cook

Do not cut the fish any further after cleaning. Rub with salt on the inside and add a little black pepper.

Smear a suitable oven dish with oil, roll the fish in it and arrange them next to each other.

Sprinkle with the vinegar and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F (200 °C) for about 20 minutes.
