Boil and drain the spaghetti. Finely chop the onion and mushrooms and fry them in oil. After 3 minutes, add the minced meat and chopped garlic and stir until the mince breaks apart into bits.
Season with spices and put the chopped sausage in. Finally, add the finely chopped tomatoes and let the dish sit on the heat until the water evaporates.
