Debone the chicken, which you will use for stewing. Cut the onions and peppers and sauté them in oil and some water. Once the vegetables are soft, add the sliced chicken and fry until browned.

Season with spices and add a tablespoon of flour. Stir well, add tomato paste and 3 cups of chicken broth and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Then add the diced potatoes and boil the potato stew with chicken until ready. Serve sprinkled with savory.
