"These macaroni take just 15 min. to prepare and once they`re baked they turn into a real delight for the entire family."

Ingredients

  • macaroni - 1 package (15.5 oz (450 g)) spirals (fusilli) or other types
  • mince - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • onions - 2 cloves
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • carrots - 2
  • peppers - 6 roasted (green and red)
  • tomatoes - 5 oz (150 g) canned
  • cheese - 7 oz (200 g) grated
  • olive oil - 5 tbsp

How to cook

Boil the pasta in water that you've salted beforehand, along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat the remaining olive oil and fry in the following order: finely chopped onions, garlic, finely grated carrots and finely chopped peppers.

Once softened, add the mince that you've pre-seasoned with salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir until it fries and add the tomatoes. Add more spices to taste.

After 5 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat. Pour the pasta into the pot, add the sauce, stir everything, sprinkle with cheese and put to bake until it gets a golden tan.
