Boil the pasta in water that you've salted beforehand, along with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Heat the remaining olive oil and fry in the following order: finely chopped onions, garlic, finely grated carrots and finely chopped peppers.
Once softened, add the mince that you've pre-seasoned with salt, black pepper and oregano. Stir until it fries and add the tomatoes. Add more spices to taste.
After 5 minutes, remove the sauce from the heat. Pour the pasta into the pot, add the sauce, stir everything, sprinkle with cheese and put to bake until it gets a golden tan.
