How to cook
Prepare a deep bowl and also a container with a lid, in which you can place the steaks. Pour a tablespoon of honey in the bowl.
Add oil or olive oil to the honey, vinegar and soya sauce - according to your taste. Then add savory and mix. Dip the steaks in the mixture and arrange them one at a time in the container. If you have any of the mixture left over - pour it in the container.
Close the container, put it in the fridge for half an hour to an hour. Roast the steaks in a greased tray.
