In a baking tray, place the pre-seasoned and rubbed with salt, paprika and ground pepper pork shanks. The tray is greased with a little oil. Put the tray in the oven in the middle of the grid.
Bake at a temperature no higher than 392°F (200 °C), periodically rotate the shank and baste with the sauce that's released during baking.
Serve with potatoes and vegetables as desired.
