How to cook
Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until you get a smooth cream. While continuously beating, add the eggs one at a time. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add them in portions to the mixture along with the salt and vanilla.
Beat well and finally mix with the raisins and crumbled chocolate. Pour the mixture into a cake form and put it to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven.
Cool the finished cake for 10 minutes, invert it into a tray and pour chocolate glaze over it.
