How to cook
Soak the bread for the meatballs for 4-5 minutes in the milk and gently crush it. Combine all products until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Shape small balls, flour and fry them in very hot oil. These meatballs are delicious with mashed potatoes. For the mashed potatoes, boil the potatoes with salt. When ready, peel them, mix them with the milk and blend them with butter.
Distribute the mashed potatoes in dishes and arrange the meatballs on top.
