The products listed are enough for 12 muffins. From the puff pastry, make 12 equal squares, 4″x4 (10x10 cm). Coat the muffin forms lightly with oil and place the squares in them, push gently to the bottom to make space for the stuffing.
From the egg, grated cheese, finely chopped bacon and cream- prepare the stuffing. Put about one tablespoon of filling in each muffin form. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F (180 °C) for 20 min.
