The washed legs are coated well with the spices and left in the refrigerator while preparing the onions and mushrooms.
Onions are cut into cubes, but not very fine and lightly stewed in olive oil, then the mushrooms are added to it (if larger, they are coarsely chopped). When the onion is tender, add some more some salt and pepper. Pour the onion and mushrooms into a pan and on top of them, arrange the already flavored drumsticks, smear the entire surface with mayonnaise and cover with foil for baking.
Bake in a preheated oven until ready and finally, grill for a short while without the foil, to seal. The rice is cooked very simply: in the fat add water in a ratio of 1:3 and season it with broth and the universal condiment. Serve in a deep dish, as you first put the rice in, which plays the role of a bed, and put the chicken on top.
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve.
