  • milk - 1 1/5 cups (300 ml)
  • yogurt - 1 cup
  • eggs - 3 + 1 egg white + 1 yolk for spreading
  • oil - 5 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • for spreading
  • butter - 1 tbsp, melted
  • milk - 1 tbsp

How to cook

Dissolve the yeast in warm milk with sugar. Add 3-4 tablespoons of flour and allow it to rise. Sieve the flour and make a pit in the middle, in which you then pour the yogurt, eggs, salt, oil and yeast. Knead into a soft dough. Allow to rise.

From the risen dough, take out one ball of dough and place in the middle of the oiled oven dish in which the loaf will be baked. The remaining dough is divided into three parts. Roll out three round sheets, smear each with melted butter and place them on top of one other.

Cut them into 16 triangles and wind each one in a roll - starting from the base and rolling toward the top. Arrange them in a circle in the tray.

Leave them to rise again. Dab with egg yolk and bake in a 338°F (170 °C) preheated oven.
