How to cook
Wash and clean the potatoes of any bad parts. Without peeling them, cut them into quarters. Cut each onion into 6 pieces, and chop the garlic.
Mix everything in a large tray along with the spices and olive oil. Preheat the oven to 428°F (220 °C) and place the potatoes with the garlic to bake for about 1 hour, periodically stirring.
