Ingredients

  • squid - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • milk - 4 1/5 cups (1 liter)
  • eggs - 2
  • breadcrumbs - 3.5 oz (100 g)

Preparation

Boil the squid in salted water, clean and cut it into slices. Soak the slices in milk and let them stand for 24 hours in the refrigerator.

Then boil them for an hour until completely soft. The boiled squid is dipped in eggs, breadcrumbs and eggs again and fried in preheated oil. Serve with a salad of your choice.
