Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and add it to the mixture of eggs and then milk. Gradually start to mix the egg mixture with the flour and knead soft dough. Separate small balls from it.
Each roll is done in a slightly elliptical, oblong shape. In the middle of each, place 1 sausage, as well push it inward so that it sinks in and is lightly coated with batter.
When ready, put them in a greased pan, brushed with egg yolk and sprinkled with savory. Bake in preheated oven until browned and just before they are ready, arrange strips cheese on and bake them until golden.
