Boil the pasta in water with oil and salt. In a cup, pour in a packet of mushroom soup powder and pour in cold water, mix well and add the cooked pasta, while still on the stove. The soup gives the dish a nice density and a great mushroom aroma.

In a separate pot, fry the minced meat, onions, and a handful of carrots. Stew with a little water, add a jar of sliced mushrooms, leave it to soften completely. A can of tomatoes, peeled and chopped, 1 4/5 cups (450 ml), is sufficient for this recipe.

Put them in and wait for the water in them to evaporate a bit. Add the spices.

Mix all of this sauce with the spaghetti.
