How to cook
Clean the potatoes and onions. Grate them with a large grater. Mix the mince with the other products and the potatoes and onions. Put the mixture for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Using a large spoon, scoop and form the mixture directly into the pan with the already hot oil. Fry the cutlets with minced meat and potatoes on both sides.
Optionally, you can reduce the amount of water to shape flat slices with your hands and put them in flour, egg and breadcrumbs, then deep fry them.
