Beat together the flour with the carbonated water, a pinch of salt, sugar and milk. Add the eggs to it. Beat everything well.
From the prepared mixture, use a spoon to grab material and pour it into an oiled and well-heated pan. Fry on one side until it turns red and then, fry on the other side.
After removing, top them with jam, chocolate, or marmalade and wrap them in a roll or bend in a different form. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar, or covered with syrup.
