Cut the feta cheese into bite sized pieces and put it in the freezer. Use well-ripened and hard cheese. In a bowl, sift the flour.
Make a well in the flour, add the eggs and a little oil and start mixing. Stir and gradually add the beer, which you can substitute with milk. Add the remaining oil and mix the carefully beaten egg whites to which you'll then add a little salt.
Roll the feta cheese bites first in flour, then in the crumbing. Drop them in highly preheated oil, to fry on both sides.
