"Fragrant pitas and a regular old bean soup fit for a king!"

Ingredients

  • yeast - 1 packet
  • yogurt - 6 tablespoons
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • flour - for a soft dough
  • savory
  • fenugreek
  • garlic - 1 head
  • oil - oil
  • parsley - a few chopped sprigs

How to cook

Using the yeast, yogurt, salt, oil, along with soft enough flour, knead the dough. Let it rest and divide it into separate balls to roll out small buns with a thickness of about 0.2″ (5 mm).

Blend the garlic and a few tablespoons of oil, chopped parsley, a little salt, savory and fenugreek together. With this mixture, anoint each loaf and bake on both sides of the heating grid.
