"Wine kebab with veal - a dish for enthusiasts everywhere!"

Ingredients

  • veal - 2 lb (1 kg) leg, or pork
  • oil - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • onions - 4 heads
  • carrots - 1
  • celery - 1 oz (30 g)
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp
  • flour - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • paprika - 1 tsp (5 g)
  • wine - 4/5 cup (200 ml)
  • bay leaf - 2
  • black pepper - 6 peppercorns
  • salt
  • parsley

How to cook

Debone the meat and cut it into small pieces, then saute in oil with the chopped onions and diced celery and carrots.

When the meat and vegetables become soft, add the tomato paste, flour and paprika. Pour broth from the bones (or hot water) and wine over them, salt and allow to simmer with the bay leaf and black pepper.

After removing from the heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
