Mix the flour (which you've pre-sifted) with the baking powder and a pinch of salt. Mix the eggs with the grated lemon peels and sugar and beat with a mixer for about 5 minutes. Add the oil in a thin trickle while beating, then the lemon juice.
Spoon by spoon, while constantly beating with a mixer, add the flour. Pour the cake in a container with removable walls, oil it and dust it with flour and bake at 356°F (180 °C) in a preheated oven.
Let the cake cool completely and poke it with a fork all over, densely. Make 4/5 cup (200 ml) of Nescafe (you can add 1-2 tsp sugar to it) and pour it evenly over the cake.
