Clean and dry the trout and season them on the inside and outside with salt and pepper.
Remove the middles of the slices of bread and crush them into crumbs. Add finely chopped tomatoes and olives, nuts and a little seasoning for fish. While stirring, add a little olive oil. Stuff the fish with the bulk of the mixture. Arrange them in a greased baking dish, covered with aluminum foil and oiled.
In each trout, cut 2-3 slots in which you can put a slice of lemon. Spread the remaining mixture on top and place the fish to bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully ready.
Serve the stuffed baked trout with a little crushed fresh dill.
